My cat had a $225 emergency visit and I am nervous about the first claim

Pet owner experience

I have had Healthy Paws for almost two years and only just needed to file a claim. My cat fell and we went to the emergency vet. The bill was $225. I submitted it a couple of days ago, and someone on the phone said it would probably be covered, but I have read so many stories about denied claims that I am anxious. I may need to submit more claims for other health concerns soon. Has anyone had a positive recent experience with a first claim?
