Will missing routine vet visits hurt my Healthy Paws hospital claim?

We took out Healthy Paws in 2022. My dog had regular checkups and vaccinations that year, then we missed routine visits in 2023 and 2024. He was examined and vaccinated again in summer 2025. Late in 2025 he was hospitalized with a strep infection after boarding. I filed for reimbursement and now I am worrying that the gap in records will complicate the decision. Has anyone had a claim reviewed with years missing from their vet history?
