Our 10-year-old dog needed several days of treatment for constipation or a blockage, including injections and hospitalization. I sent a claim to Healthy Paws after paying premiums for years. Instead of a clear decision, I kept receiving requests for medical records from when he was a puppy in 2015. I replied asking what they still needed, but I have not had a useful explanation. Is anyone familiar with why such old records would be needed for something happening now?
