I got moved from ManyPets to Odie and am worried about old puppy records

I started coverage with ManyPets in February 2025 and ended up moved over to Odie. I have never made a claim under either company. My plan shows a $20,000 limit, 90% reimbursement, and a $500 deductible. My dog had a parasite with vomiting and diarrhea as a puppy, and she has been fine since. Now I am concerned about how far back they might look if she has a stomach issue someday. Has anyone handled a transfer like this and later filed a claim?
